Shipping

Orders are shipped (couriered) once the value (money) of the order reflects and is cleared in the Sonatur bank account. No orders will be dispatched from a Proof of Payment (POP) notification. Orders will be dispatched via courier within 24 hours of order value(money) reflecting in Sonatur's bank account.

Free delivery on all orders within South Africa via our accredited courier companies. 

Shipping of international orders to USA, UK and Australia is about R1080 (US$58) per 1.2Kg (40 fl/oz) calculated by weight at checkout.

Returns

No returns or refunds of any products once Sonatur box seal has been removed. 

To return your product, you should courier your product to: Sonatur Skin Care, 7 Baynesdrift Road, Wartburg, 3233

You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your purchased item to Sonatur Skin Care. Courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your exchange or refund has been approved it could take up to 14 days for the exchanged item to reach you and these times may vary according to where you live.

If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable courier service, courier company or purchase your own courier insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned purchased item that you purchased online or through an agent from Sonatur Skin Care.
