Sonatur began as a heartfelt tribute to my father's struggle with chronic psoriasis and a search for a kinder, more natural way to care for sensitive skin.
We're a farming family. We knew there had to be a gentler way - and we turned to what we understood best: the land.

For years, my father lived with the discomfort and emotional weight of chronic psoriasis. The harsh tar-based creams he was prescribed often made things worse, leaving his skin flaky, itchy and frustrated. It wore him down. It affected his confidence, his mood and even his relationship with my mom.
Inspired by nature, made with love
After plenty of research, we kept coming back to one plant. Rose Geranium. It's well regarded for its calming, anti-inflammatory and skin-soothing properties. We blended the essential oil into a nourishing moisturising base and started using it on my dad. The change was real. His skin felt soothed, hydrated and finally comfortable.
What began as a personal solution turned into something bigger. Today, we lovingly grow and extract our own Rose Geranium oil on the family farm, then blend it into our. range of Sonatur natural moisturisers.
